I help founders and small teams turn “what if” into working software—and put AI to work in the process.

Inside the project
The gap I work in

You don’t need more
possibilities.
You need something
you can actually use.

You have a product idea, a feature that keeps slipping, or a workflow that could be better. But the next step is still unclear.

AI makes it easier to generate code. Deciding what to build, how the pieces fit, and whether it works still takes ownership.

That’s where I come in. I help define a useful first version, build it with AI, and test it against the problem we set out to solve.

Two ways to move forward.

A clear scope. A concrete outcome.
01 / Build the thing

From “we should”
to “here it is.”

You need to test an idea or ship a specific piece of your product. I help turn the ambiguous part into a defined, working deliverable.

  • Software prototypes & MVPs
  • Scoped product features & internal tools
  • Interactive & audiovisual experiences
You leave with

Working software, agreed acceptance checks, and a practical handoff.

02 / Make AI useful

Beyond another
AI subscription.

Your team has the tools. Now you need a way to use them on actual work. We start with one recurring problem and a small, testable pilot.

  • AI workflow consulting & setup
  • Coding-agent workflows & review practices
  • Scoped automation & integration pilots
You leave with

A documented workflow, a pilot tested on real tasks, and a clear next decision.

Find a useful first pilot

Built around your problem. Deliverables, acceptance criteria, handoff, and support agreed before we start.

Less magic. More method.

Fast is good.
Working is better.

I use AI agents throughout development. I own the product decisions, system direction, and the checks that challenge what they produce.

01

Find the real problem.

Understand the user, the constraints, and the smallest version worth building. Define what “done” means.

02

Make the pieces fit.

Turn the scope into coherent systems and focused implementation tasks. Keep decisions tied to the whole product.

03

Prove it, then hand it over.

Use tests, reviews, and hands-on checks to challenge the result. Document what works and what comes next.

The person behind the product

Hi, I’m Kyle.
I like making
the pieces click.

I’m an AI-native product engineer and the founder of Baryon. I combine product direction, systems thinking, and AI-assisted development to take complex ideas from a blank page to working software.

Before Baryon, I worked in technical content and marketing. That background still shapes how I build: understand what someone needs, make the complicated parts clearer, and take responsibility for the experience.
